I’m not claiming to know all there is to know about business, that’d be crazy. What I know is how life changing it is to inspect your business and address all the time sucking, day ruining, pain in the a**, issues that get in the way of your actual work. My job is simple, I teach you how to work less, and get even MORE done in less time. most importantly, i then help those of us addicted to work learn to unwind and find FULFILLMENT outside of work.

How I work for you:

  • my job is to understand and identify your specific pain points and help you address them each individually. These can be anything, we are all unique after all! We work together to identify:

  1. What brings you the most income, and how much time you are spending on you income producing activities.

  2. Asses what little “To Do’s” are getting in the way of your most productive income producing work.

  3. Discover the problems you specifically struggling with. Things such as; difficult clients, too many little “To Do’s”, lacking motivation, dealing with a lack of time, handling daunting tasks, lack of accountability, not having boundaries, how to gain respect from clients, getting paid, communicating in difficult situations, feeling like no matter how hard you work you can’t manage to get ahead.

  • At this point We’ve identified you and your businesses unique strengths and weaknesses. Now we intentionally grow and improve on your strengths and address weaknesses.

Some obstacles are easy because we can get rid of them all together! For instance; billing can be automated, difficult clients can be fired, boundaries can be set to protect your time and sanity, clear communication can prevent future problems from developing, and a simple schedule can be created to give you a road map to complete your “To Do’s” taking away the daily stress of feeling behind. Other problems will require a long term strategy to be kept in check or removed. This isn’t a magic bullet, we all have to deal with taxes, unhappy clients, and random fires that pop up. This is where we set up preventative measures and easy to use systems that keep us from getting overwhelmed and blind sided in the future.

  • Let’s reassess what we’ve accomplished, and find encouragement to fuel the journey ahead.

This is the fun part! We reassess your business again and see just how far you’ve come! We use this time to talk through what it has been like for you to remove problems and implement new strategies for dealing with obstacles that have turned up since we last talked. This is when we really dig deep into the 80/20 principle and identify how it effects your business personally. Once you know what areas to intentionally pour your energy and focus into for the greatest results and what common problems waste time with very little positive results we start setting boundaries. These boundaries become your success strategy, you fight for them with all you’ve got!

  • Knowledge is only useful if it’s executed, and I know from personal experience execution is the hardest part.

There are all kinds of hacks to motivating yourself to do that difficult task, but we all know when we share a goal with someone and are held accountable that our chances of success sky rocket. My job here is the celebrate your wins and remind you of the momentum you have pushing you forward to success. There will still be long term goals you will be in the middle of working through, life isn’t a race to finish, it’s a journey to enjoy. At this point we celebrate the wins you’ve pilled up behind you and learn to enjoy the journey that will take you on to win so many more moments and goals to cherish.

***(Kelseys thoughts: healthy client relations, learn how to be more productive, identify the 80/20 principles in your work. get organized, understand where you need to improve.)

Who this is for:

  • Individuals who work for themselves or are small business owners.

  • Those of us suck in the monotony of business and feeling the burnout from things like, client communications, billing, overly committed and feeling stressed and rushed no matter how hard you work.

  • Business owners trying to scale and grow.
